Trouble shooting Prerequisite condition Possible Cause

  • Pressure system rationality
  1. Open/Short in circuit
  2. Faulty driven pulley pre
  3. Faulty hydraulic system
Prerequisite condition
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
  • Engine speed is higher than 350 RPM
  • No CAN error
  • Solenoid condition "ON"
  • Torque signal state (from engine) is normal
  • Pulley safety torque change "ON"
  • APS is lower than 0%
  • Lever Position "D", "Sport"
  • Brake "Off" absolute value of variation Target pulley ratio is less then 0.4
  • Vehicle speed by secondary pulley speed sensor is higher than 20 km/h
  • Line pressure of HW is higher than target secondary pressure
Threshold Value
  • Deviation between target secondary pulley press and current secondary pulley press is higher than 7 bar
Detecting Time
  • 6 sec
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles

  • Limited learning
