Trouble shooting Prerequisite condition Possible Cause
Main action
  • Monitor the voltage range (Open/Short)
  1. Open/Short in circuit
  2. Faulty driven pulley pressure sensor
  3. Faulty PCM
Prerequisite condition
  • Battery voltage: 10V or more
  • Turn ignition switch "ON"
  • 0.5 sec after TCM operation
Threshold Value
  • The output voltage of the sensor is higher than 4.5V or less than 0.27V
Detecting Time
  • 4 sec
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
Fail safe
  • Learning should not be performed
