Oil Temperature Sensor

The oil temperature: sensor is mounted on the E module. This sensor uses a thermistor which changes its resistance depending on temperature. When the PCM supplies 5V power to the sensor, the sensor produces output values in accordance with changes in oil temperature: The oil temperature: plays an important role in transmission operation and it is inputted to the PCM.
