Repair Procedures: Installation

NOTE:

Before mounting, remove the sealant on the oil pan mounting surface on the transmission side.

Apply sealant to the oil pan mounting surface (A) on the transmission side.

Install the oil pan (A).
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb-ft)

Loosen the injection plug (A) and supply IVTF.
Recommended rating: SP-IVT1

Recommended oil: MICHANG SP-IVT1

Oil quantity: 6.5 L (1.71 U.S.gal., 6.86 U.S.qt., 5.71 lmp.qt.)

Install the IVTF injection plug.
Tightening torque:

34.3 - 44.1 N.m (3.5 - 4.5 kgf.m, 25.3 - 32.5 lb-ft)
Perform the IVTF level check procedure.
