Removal and Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove the cooling fan.

    (Refer to Cooling System - "COOLING FAN ")

  2. Drain the engine coolant.

    (Refer to Cooling System - "COOLANT ")

  3. Disconnect the radiator upper hose (A).

  4. Disconnect the radiator lower hose (A).

  5. Remove the front bumper cover assembly.

    (Refer to Body (Interior and Exterior) - "FRONT BUMPER ")

  6. Remove the radiator upper air guard (A).

  7. Remove the radiator side air guard (A).

  8. Remove the radiator mounting bracket (A).

  9. Pull the radiator (A) upward and remove it from engine room.

  10. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  11. Fill the radiator with coolant.

    (Refer to Cooling System - "COOLANT ")

    NOTE:
    • When changing the coolant and draining air, be sure to follow the filling instructions of the Integrated Thermal Management Module (ITM).
  12. Start engine and check for leaks.
