Ground Circuit Inspection

Turn the ignition switch & engine "OFF"
Disconnect the driver seat door handle antenna connector.
Measure the resistance between chassis ground and the ground circuit of the driver seat door handle antenna.
Specification: Approx. below 1 Ω
Is the result within specifications?
YES
- Replace the driver seat door handle antenna with an usable sample and check for proper operation. If it works properly, put it in place and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
NO
- Inspection the circuit for an open. Repair relevant component(s) as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
