Check OCV

  1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Turn the ignition switch "ON" and engine OFF.
  3. Perform "Actuation Test" for OCV.
  4. Does the OCV work normally? (Check clicking sound)

    YES 

    • Replace the CVVT with an usable one and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace the CVVT and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".

    NO 

    • Replace the OCV with an usable one and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace the OCV and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
