Open or Short Check

  1. Turn the ignition switch "ON" & engine "OFF".
  2. Measure voltage between motor power terminal of the ESP (ESC) harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  Approx. B+

  3. Is the result within specifications?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Check for open or blown fuse referring to "Circuit Diagram".
    • Repair open or short in power circuit between battery and ESP (ESC) harness connector and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
