DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Trouble shooting Condition Possible Cause
Main action
  • Monitor CAN message
  1. A fault in the TCM system
  2. Poor connection of CAN communication circuit
Threshold value
  • A failure is detected if an invalid TCM message is received for more than specific times continuously.
  • Specific times: Control in progress = 50 times: No control in progress = 150 times
MIL
  • The ABS/ESP (ESC) warning lamp is activated.
Reset condition
  • Turn ignition switch off and back on.
