longitudinal G sensor Calibration
- Turn "ON" the ignition switch.
- Stand the vehicle on a flat ground without any inclination.
- Set the steering wheel at the center position.
- Keep the vehicle under normal tire pressure condition and normal loading condition.
- Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
- Perform Longitudinal G Sensor Calibration in "Vehicle S/W Management" menu of the GDS. (Figure below)
- Is "Longitudinal sensor's calibration" completed normally?
YES
- Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
NO
- Replace it with a new SRSCM and see if it properly operates. If the problem is cleared, put the new SRSCM in place and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
* In a case of replacing the SRSCM, follow the replacement procedure of the DTC B1620 (Internal fault-Replace SRSCM) of the SRSCM and then perform "longitudinal G sensor Calibration" in "Vehicle S/W Management" menu of the GDS. (refer to C128504 )
