DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Trouble shooting Condition Possible cause
Main action
  • Monitor Signal
  1. Faulty SRSCM
  2. Improper installation condition
Threshold value
  • A failure is detected in case that sensor message was not received for more than 500 milliseconds under normal voltage condition.
  • In case that sensor message was not received for more than 1 second after receiving Sensor reset bit more than 3 times.
MIL
  • The ESP (ESC) warning lamp is activated.
Reset condition
  • Turn ignition switch off and back on.
