DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Trouble shooting Condition Possible cause
Main action
  • Monitor voltage
  1. Faulty Bleeding Process
  2. leakage on hydraulic pipe lines
  3. Faulty pressure sensor
  4. Open or short to pressure sensor circuit of HPA
Threshold value
  • A failure is detected when VPOS or VNEG is above 4.8±0.1V or below 0.2±0.1V for more than 0.1 second.
  • A failure is detected when the average of VPOS and VNEG is out of 2.5±0.1V for more than 0.1 second.

* VPOS: Pressure Sensor Positive Signal
* VNEG: Pressure Sensor Negative Signal
MIL
  • The ESP (ESC) warning lamp is activated.
Reset condition
  • Turn ignition switch off and back on.
