Repair Procedures: Removal
- Disconnect the battery negative cable, and wait for at least three minutes before beginning work.
- Remove the door scuff trim.
(Refer to Body - "DOOR SCUFF TRIM ")
- Remove the center pillar lower trim.
(Refer to Body - "CENTER PILLAR TRIM ")
- Remove the center pillar upper trim.
(Refer to Body - "CENTER PILLAR TRIM ")
- Open the lower cover (A) and then remove the lower seat belt after loosening mounting bolt.
- Remove the front seat belt upper anchor (A) after loosening the mounting bolt.
- Disconnect the seat belt pretensioner connector (A) and then remove the seat belt pretensioner (B) after loosening mounting bolts.
