Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor the motor phase current
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Faulty IEBM
  3. Faulty Motor
Threshold Value
  • When Motor phase current is greater than 120A for more than 1 second
  • When Motor phase current is greater than 150A for one shot
MIL
  • ABS/ESC/IEB/RBS/DBC/AVH warning lamps are activated
Reset Condition
  • When Motor is normally initialized/origin set, after ignition switch turned OFF and back ON
NOTE: * IEBM (Integrated Electric Brake Module: ESP Control Module)
