DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor the CAN message
  1. Faulty MCU
  2. Poor connection of CAN communication circuit
  3. Other ECUs incorrectly occupy the CAN Bus line
Threshold Value  
  • When MCU control message is not received for more than specified time
  • Specific time: In control = 500 milliseconds

    Non control = 1500 milliseconds
MIL  
  • ESC/RBS/DBC/AVH warning lamps are activated

    EBD/ABS/IEB/EPB warning lamps are not activated
Reset Condition
  • When normal CAN signal is received for more than 500 milliseconds after ignition is turned OFF and ON again
