DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor the CAN message
  1. Open in CAN communication line
  2. Poor connector connection
  3. Other ECUs incorrectly occupy the CAN Bus line
  4. Poor connection of other ECUs
  5. Faulty SCC
  6. Specification setting error
Threshold Value  
  • When SCC message is not received for more than specified time
    • Specific time: In control = 500 milliseconds

    Non control = 1500 milliseconds

  • Alive counter signal in SCC message is not increase for more than 200 milliseconds continuously
MIL
  • No MIL ON
Reset Condition
  • When normal CAN signal is received for more than 500 milliseconds after ignition is turned OFF and ON again
