DTC Description

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

The IEBM uses the brake circuit signal when judging driver's intention to stop. The IEBM checks for open or short to the brake switch circuit.

If an error is present in the brake circuit, which consists of fuse, brake (stop) lamp switch, stop signal electronic module and IEBM, the warning lamp will be activated and this DTC will appear.
