DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor the calibration state of SAS
  1. Steering Angle Sensor is not calibrated
  2. Faulty SAS
  3. Faulty IEBM
  4. SAS power supply failure
Threshold Value
  • A failure is detected when calibration of the corresponding sensor has not been performed
  • A failure is detected when invalid sensor signal is received continuously for more than 20 milliseconds
MIL  
  • ESC/AVH/DBC warning lamps are activated

    EBD/ABS/IEB/RBS/EPB warning lamps are not activated
Reset Condition
  • After ignition switch turned OFF and ON, if SAS calibration signal is normal
