Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor the Sensor Supply Voltage
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Open or short to ground in power supply circuit
  3. Faulty IEBM
Threshold Value
  • A failure is detected if the sensor power voltage is out of 5 ± 0.25V range for more than 500 milliseconds while sensor power is ON
MIL
  • RBS warning lamp is activated
Reset Condition
  • Turn ignition switch off and on
NOTE: * IEBM (Integrated Electric Brake Module: ESP Control Module)
