- EPB switch failure is detected when EPB switch input keeps same switch state such as apply or release due to switch stuck fault more than 90 seconds, when the vehicle is at a standstill.

- When the EPB switch normal signal is inputted once for each Apply, Release, Neutral value in the same ignition cycle or after ignition switch turned OFF and back ON.
