  • Check front USB information
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short in the AUX & USB circuit
  3. Faulty USB jack
  4. Faulty AVN

  • After power up, not during engine start and 15s after engine start

  • USB HUB recognized by head unit

  • HUB connected and system restart or selftest
