Cooling Fan Assembly

- Disconnect the battery terminals.
- Remove the under cover.
(Refer to Engine and Transaxle Assembly - "ENGINE ROOM UNDER COVER ")
- Disconnect the air duct (A).
- Disconnect the cooling fan connector (A).
- Remove the front bumper cover.
(Refer to Body - "FRONT BUMPER COVER ")
- Disconnect the radiator upper hose bracket (A).
- Loosen the reservoir tank hose bracket bolts (A).
- Disconnect the alternator "B" terminal.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "ALTERNATOR ")
- Loosen the mounting bolts and then remove the cooling fan (A).
Tightening torque:
4.9 ~ 7.8 N.m (0.5 ~ 0.8 kgf.m, 3.6 ~ 5.8 Ib-ft)
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
