Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION:

Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.

NOTE:

When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
Take care not to scratch the body surface.

Remove the engine room cover.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "ENGINE ROOM UNDER COVER or ENGINE ROOM UNDER COVER ")
Remove the front tire.
After loosening the mounting nuts, bolts and screws, remove the front wheel guard (A).

Install in the reverse order of removal.
Information
- Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
