DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor CAN message
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty BCW
  • Short or open circuit in CAN line
  • Faulty HECU
  • Specification setting error
Enable Condition
  • Normal battery voltage (9 to 16V)
Threshold Value
  • BCW CAN message is not received continuously
Warning Lamp
  • None
Disable Condition
  • When the normal state is confirmed after the ignition switch turns off and then on
