DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor CAN message
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open in CAN communication line
  • Faulty 4WD ECU
  • Faulty HECU
Enable Condition
  • Normal battery voltage (9 to 16V)
Threshold Value
  • 4WD CAN message is not received continuously
  • Less than determined data length is received continuously
Warning Lamp
  • ESC
Disable Condition
  • When the ignition switch off and then on
