DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN communication with TCM status check
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open in CAN communication line
  • Faulty TCU
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed is higher than 32RPM
  • Battery voltage higher than 10V
  • Time after ignition "ON" is higher than 0.5s
Threshold Value
  • Duration of communication lost with TCM for more than 0.5s
Diagnostic Time
  • 2s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
