Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect OCS ECU connector.
  3. Ignition "ON".
OCS ECU connector 4 (ON/START Input) Chassis ground - Approx. 14.9V
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect OCS ECU connector.
OCS ECU connector 3 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω

Good 

No Good

  1. Ignition "ON".

OCS ECU connector 2 (P-CANlow) Chassis ground -
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Connect all module connectors related to P-CAN.
OCS ECU connector 1 (P-CAN high) OCS ECU connector 2 (P-CANlow) Approx. 60Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect ECM/PCM and ICU connectors.
ECM (component side) 85 (P-CAN high) ECM (component side) 63 (P-CAN low) Approx. 120Ω
PCM (component side) 77 (P-CAN high) PCM (component side) 60 (P-CAN low) Approx. 120Ω
ICU (component side) 9 (P-CAN high) ICU (component side) 8 (P-CAN low) Approx. 120Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect all module connectors related to P-CAN.
  3. Ignition "ON".

  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect all module connectors related to P-CAN.
