Check battery terminals and charge status.
Check connectors For Looseness, Poor Connection, Bending, Corrosion, Contamination, Deterioration, Or Damage.

Good

Go To "CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF Repair " procedure.
