DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check CAN communication
  • Poor connection
  • M-CAN circuit is open or short to battery/ground
  • M-CAN circuit is short to each other
  • Faulty mood lamp unit
Enable Conditions
  • Connecting the M-CAN circuit and connecting the corresponding node
Threshold Value
  • If check the CAN transceiver error signal and NM ring state for 1 second, the error signal periodically occurs or NM does not form a ring
Symptom
  • CAN communication failure
Repair Action
  • Connect CAN
