DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN signal monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short or open in HECU CAN circuit
  • Faulty HECU
Enable Condition Case1
  • Ignition "ON" or engine "ON"
  • No CAN bus off
Case2
  • Ignition "ON" or engine "ON"
  • No CAN bus off
Threshold Value Case1
  • Invalid HECU CAN message is received
Case2
  • Invalid brake cylinder pressure message is received
  • Invalid accel pedal message is received
Detecting Time Case1
  • 0.1 to 0.5s, different by case
Case2
  • 10s
