- IG KEY ON
- The vehicle speed is below 3.1 mile/h (5 km/h)

| Threshold value |
- Case 1: CAN signal VS by EMS is FF indicating Fault For more than 2.5 s consecutive
- Case 2
Received 3 or more known ID's with acceleration above 5g 3 times consecutive in case of Precondition is true.
Pre-Condition
CAN signal VS by EMS lower than 5 km/h (3.1mile/h) continuously for more than 100 seconds
- If CAN signal VS by EMS higher than or equal 5 km/h (3.1 mile/h), Pre-Condition becomes false and 100sec timer becomes Reset.
If IGN OFF, 100 seconds timer does not run.
If IGN On Off, 100sec timer becomes Reset.
- When the vehicle speed input signal is received for more than 30 seconds to 2 or more abnormal values [ABS/ESC (ESP)]
