Monitor DTC Status

  1. Plug GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Turn the ignition switch ON.
  3. If there is any DTC, clear it.
  4. Turn the ignition switch OFF and back ON. Then, select "DTC Analysis".
  5. Did the same DTC return?

    YES 

    • Go to next procedure.

    NO 

    • Fault can be intermittent, caused by poor contact of connectors between the SMK ECU and Interior Antenna #2. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor contact, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace relevant component as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
