Monitor DTC Status

- Connect a GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
- Turn the ignition switch ON & Engine OFF. Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" mode.
- See if there is any DTC.
- Using the GDS, clear the DTC.
- An adult needs to sit down on the passenger seat.
- Monitor the "PAB Real Time Information" of "Current Data" parameter on the GDS.
- Are the parameters displayed correctly?
"PRESENT"
- If there is no DTC or it is a history DTC, the fault can be intermittent, caused by poor contact of the connectors or components of the PODS-G ECU. Or, the control module's memory was not cleared after repair.
Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor contact, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
- Repair or replace relevant component as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
"HISTORY"
- Go to next procedure.
- If there is no DTC or it is a history DTC, the fault can be intermittent, caused by poor contact of the connectors or components of the PODS-G ECU. Or, the control module's memory was not cleared after repair.
