Monitor DTC Status

- Plug GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
- Turn "ON" the ignition switch.
- Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)," and click "DTC Status" to check DTC information.
- Read the "DTC State" parameter.
- Is the DTC State "Present?"
"PRESENT"
- Thoroughly check the TCU wire harness for poor contact, bending, corrosion, deterioration, or damage.
- Replace the TCU (TRANSAXLE CONTROL MODULE (TCM) - 2.0L /DCT CONTROL MODULE (TCM) - 1.6L ) with an usable one. If the TCU works properly, replace the TCU and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ". If the cluster does not work, replace the LKA ECU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".

- Repair relevant component(s) as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
