DTC Setting Condition

Trouble Shooting Condition Possible Cause
Main action
  • Monitor the CAN message
  1. Poor contact of connector
  2. Input power to each module
  3. Open/short in CAN communication circuit
  4. 120Ω resistance (Cluster, PCM)
Prerequisite Condition
  • Battery voltage is in the normal range (9~16V)
  • Turn the ignition switch on over 2 sec
Threshold Value
  • CAN messages are not properly received through CAN communication
Diagnosis time
  • 0.5 sec
