DTC Description

C1687-00 is set when C-CAN Communication is normal, but CGW* cannot receive C-CAN message from MDPS* for 10sec because there is Faulty Power Supply to MDPS*, or Open/Poor Connection in High Line / Low Line of MDPS* Branch Circuit of C-CAN network.

If the DTC still appears even if the problem is corrected and the system operates normally, perform "Vehicle S/W Management  " → "Erase Network Configuration", and erase the DTC.
