Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Check CAN communication
  1. Open/Poor Connection in BCM*'s P-CAN/B-CAN "High" line
  2. Open/Poor Connection in BCM*'s P-CAN/B-CAN "Low" line
  3. Faulty Power Supply to BCM*
Prerequisite Condition
  • IG key "ON"
  • Power Voltage: Between 9V and 16V
  • P-CAN Bus is normal
  • B-CAN Bus is normal

  • BCM*'s P-CAN message is not received
Case 2
  • BCM*'s B-CAN message is not received
