Pcm (ECM/TCM): Ems No Request

While the ignition switch is ON, the PCM/ECM receives information from the ICM and permits fuel injection by confirming that the CODE memorized in the PCM/ECM coincides with the one in the ICM.

Once the ID code from a transponder is verified by the ICM and registered, an answer signal will be sent to the PCM/ECM. The ICM then sends a START or NO START signal to the PCM/ECM.
