Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause

  • Monitor CAN messages
  1. Poor contact of connector
  2. Open/short in LOCAL-CAN Communication Line
  3. Faulty camera sensor
Prerequisite condition
  • Engine is on (Confirm that an engine operation signal is sent from EMS for over 2 sec.).
  • Battery Voltage is between 9V and 16V.
  • Ignition has been on for over 2 sec.
  • LOCAL-CAN Communication Lines are normal.

  • An abnormal signal is received from the camera sensor.
