DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

  • ETC motor controller output PWM range check
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Faulty ETC Motor
  3. Faulty TPS
Prerequisite Condition
  • TPS adaptation is finished.
  • Battery voltage is greater than 10 V.
Threshold Value
  • PWM of controller output is greater than 95 %.
Case 2 Main Action
  • Deviation check between throttle position and set point
Prerequisite Condition
  • TPS adaptation is finished.
Threshold Value
  • The difference between actual and set point at throttle position is greater than 3 to 25%.
Diagnosis Time
  • 0.5 Seconds
MIL-On Condition
  • 2nd Driving Cycle
