DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

  • Port flap stuck open
  1. Open/short in control circuit
  2. Open/short in position sensor circuit
  3. Poor connection or harness damage
  4. VCM (Variable Charge Motion)
Prerequisite Condition
  • Elapsed time after flap state change from open to close is longer than 1 second.
  • Ignition switch is turned "ON"
  • Port flap transition is made from open to close.
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • The signal voltage of port flap feedback is between 0.15V and 2.1V.
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.2 Seconds
MIL-On Condition
  • 3rd Driving Cycle
