Prerequisite Condition
  • Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is higher than 50° (122°F).
  • Ambient Air Temperature (AAT) Model is higher than -10° (14°F).
  • Vehicle speed is slower than 7.5 mile/h (12km/h).
  • Fuel level is lower than 85%.
  • Elapsed time after engine start is longer than 100 seconds.
  • Elapsed time after engine stop is longer than 20 seconds.
  • Barometric pressure (BARO) is greater than 75 kPa.
  • Canister load is lower than 0.35.
  • Engine speed is lower than 1, 400 ~ 2, 500 RPM.
  • Accelerator pedal value is less than 0.01 %.
  • Battery voltage is greater than 10V.
  • Fuel level signal variation is lower than 12 ~ 14 %.
Threshold Value
  • Fuel tank pressure difference between Max. and Min. value is higher than 130 Pa during 0.5 seconds.

  • 14 Seconds
