Monitor GDS Data

  1. Connect a GDS to DLC (Data Link Cable).
  2. Turn the ignition switch ON.
  3. Actuate the "ETC Motor" using the GDS.

    (During actuation, monitor the voltage of TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) 1 and 2 and the ETC motor duty on "Current Data").

  4. Does the actuation work properly? Is the sensor output normal?

  5. Are the parameters displayed correctly?

    YES 

    • Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, ending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".

    NO 

    • Go to next step below.
