TroubleShooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Circuit continuity check, low
  1. Poor Connection
  2. Blockage of fuel lines
  3. Over pressure relief valve stuck close
  4. Fuel pressure sensor
  5. Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM)
Prerequisite condition
  • Target fuel pressure is higher than 250 kpa and lower than 600kpa
  • Engine Running
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
Threshold value
  • Fuel pressure sensor output voltage is higher 3.7V and lower than 4.75V
