Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main action
  • Monitor the voltage and current of the signal circuit of the left-hand indicator
  1. Battery short or open in left-side indicator wire harness
Prerequisite condition
  • Battery voltage is normal
  • 1.5 sec. after turning the ignition switch on
  • Turn on the BSD or RCTA switch
  • Turn on the left-side indicator ON
Threshold Value
  • left-hand indicator power circuit short or open
Diagnosis time
  • after 1 sec.
