DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Trouble shooting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN Communication Monitoring
  1. Open or short in CAN Communication Line
  2. PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions
  • Time after PCM/TCM turns on is longer than 0.5sec.
  • Battery voltage is above 10V
  • Input speed is above 400 RPM
Threshold value
  • Error on message transmission through CAN
Detecting Time
  • More than 1sec.
Fail-safe
  • Engine Speed: 3000 RPM
  • Throttle: 50%
  • Engine torque: Max*0.7

    * Inhibit TIME OUT happen at BUS OFF happen.
