DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring Voltage Range (Circuit Open/Short Check)
  1. Circuit open or short
  2. PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is between 9 and 22V
  • Time after PCM/TCM turns on is longer than 0.3s
Threshold value
  • Solenoid power voltage is lower than 7V or higher than 24.5V
Detecting Time
  • 0.1sec.
Fail-safe
  • Locked into 4th gear
