DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • 4th gear incorrect gear ratio
  1. Input speed sensor fault
  2. Output speed sensor fault
  3. Clutch slip in Transmission (UD brake, OD clutch) or oil pressure controller fault
Enable Conditions
  • Solenoid power voltage is above 10V
  • Oil Temperature Sensor is above -10°(14°F)
  • Time after shift changing finish more than 1sec.
  • Engine speed is above 400 RPM
  • Output speed is above 200 RPM
  • Input speed is above 0 RPM
  • Shift stage 4th gear
  • POSITION SWITCH is "D"range
Threshold value
  • Output speed is higher than difference value of Input speed plus 200 RPM divided by 4th speed gear ratio
Detecting Time
  • 4 times for more than 1 second
Fail-safe
  • Locked into 4th gear
