DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal monitoring
  1. Oil Temperature Sensor
  2. PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions CASE1
  • Engine speed is above 1500 RPM
  • D Range
  • ATF temperature is above -10°(14°F)
  • Vehicle speed is above 25kph (15.5mph)

(After 800seconds passed in this condition) CASE 2

  • ATF temperature is above 60° (140°F)
  • Coolant temperature is above 73.5° (164.3°F)
  • Coolant temperature drop 34°(93.2°F)
  • After 0.5second passed ignition switch ON

CASE3

  • Engine speed is above 400 RPM
  • D Range
  • Vehicle speed is above 25kph (15.5mph)

(After 600seconds passed in this condition)

Threshold value CASE1
  • ATF temperature is below 20°(68°F)

CASE2

  • Difference value of IG ON and OFF is below 2°(35.6°F)

CASE3

  • ATF temperature is below -10°(14°F)
Detecting Time
  • 1 time
Fail safe
  • Oil temperature fixed at 80°(176°F)
  • Teaching/Fuzzy not allowed
