- Is the measured resistance within specifications?
YES
- Check a open or short circuit at the wiring of Oil Temperature Sensor and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- If wiring of Oil Temperature Sensor is normal then, Substitute with a known-good PCM/TCM and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace PCM/TCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Replace TRANSAXLE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
